Information collected
Rent-check submissions collect the property location, property type, approximate size, current annual rent and email address.
Find-a-space submissions collect the preferred location, property type, approximate size and email address.
Property campaign applications collect owner or agent contact details, property address, type, area, commercial terms, listing details, features, constraints and authority confirmation.
Source, campaign or property ID details in the page URL may also be recorded so the request can be understood in context.
Website analytics
PropertyTenant uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors reach and use the website, including page views, traffic source, navigation and application progress. Campaign parameters such as source, campaign and referral identifiers may be retained for attribution.
PropertyTenant also uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and actions originating from Facebook and Instagram advertising. It may record page views, application clicks or completions, referral identifiers such as fbclid, and device or browser information. Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy.
Contact details and the information entered into application forms are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics or Meta. Analytics data is used to improve the website and measure whether acquisition activity produces genuine enquiries.
How it is used
The information is used to review and respond to your request, assess campaign fit, design and run approved outreach, maintain consent and suppression records, and report campaign activity.
Tenant and prospect identity or direct contact details are not introduced to an owner or agent without relevant interest and permission. PropertyTenant does not sell submitted personal information.
Access, correction or deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete details submitted through the forms.
